Those who know Christine would also know that her life is driven by cravings. She’ll wake up one morning, craving for a specific dessert, and she wont stop thinking and talking about it until she gets it. She once woke up craving for crepes from a specific cafe, and without thinking, she drove from Richmond Hill to downtown Toronto and waited an hour for the store to open just to get her crepes.
Very soon she came to the realization that the only way she can control her cravings is to have the ability to make whatever, whenever. After she received her degree Architectural Science, she began taking courses at George Brown for Culinary Arts during her leisure time. She first started sharing her creations at dinner gatherings and holiday celebrations, which slowly evolved to corporate fundraisers and event dessert tables. Shortly after, friends and their friends began approaching her wedding orders.
Aside from Christine’s already very busy life as a Consultant and a mother of 2 under 2, she establish PetiteVie Cravings (Previously known as Kravings by Christine) where her goal is to help others satisfy their cravings. She also founded the foodndrinks4pleasure.com (which is currently part of PetiteVie) food blog where other passionate foodies gather and share their food experiences. Recently, she has joined force with Ev to found PetiteVie (Previously known as Petite&Pretty) to share their motherhood experiences and their passions in lifestyle, beauty, travel, and crafts; and PetiteVie Home to sell customized vinyl work, foil art, and her needle work creations.
